As a long time house renovator and thus connoisseur of dust, I appreciated this sign just outside Thallon in western Queensland.
What you, the reader, should perhaps be told is that one of the roads into town is unpaved due to extensive roadworks to repair flood damage. Trucks are asked to stop not just to allow the dust on the vehicle to fall to the ground, but also to 'drop' the plume of dust that follows in their wake.
It makes a change from this sign (above), some version of which appears on the outskirts of almost every town in Australia. Compression brakes are incredibly noisy, in case you've never experienced them and were wondering.
