A Family Reunion

On Monday we had the pleasure of an overnight visit from Simon's cousin Linda and her two sons, Matthew and James. We had dinner with them at l'Image and she and Simon reminisced about the few times they can remember meeting before. It has been 39 years since they saw one another!

We really enjoyed their visit. They are the nicest people and arrived burdened with an embarrassment of goodies from Sussex, where they live (beer, cheese, a homemade tea cake, marmalade and relish, plus some teabags). The next morning, after a quick circuit around the neighbourhood in Célestine, they headed off for Cahors where they were visiting other family. We hope they will be back sometime, and not leave it another 39 years!
