The Weather

This is what the weather forecast was for Wednesday 23 October 2013.

A la cuisine hier: Four duck legs have been rubbed with my secret* confit cure and have been left overnight. They will be slow cooked later today. *Salt, juniper berries, black pepper, thyme, bay leaf, pimento, coriander, sugar, garlic and eau de vie de prune.

C&E - a pic every 5 minutes. My old camera will compile timelapse movies automatically, the new one doesn't.
