cure and have been left overnight. They will be slow cooked later
today. *Salt, juniper berries, black pepper, thyme, bay leaf, pimento,
coriander, sugar, garlic and eau de vie de prune.

C&E - a pic every 5 minutes. My old camera will compile timelapse movies automatically, the new one doesn't.
Is pimento the same thing as allspice and piment de la jamaïque?
