Taking my cue from various blogger friends who like to post a puzzle now and then, I thought I would post this gorgeous photo taken by Simon recently and see if anyone could name the spot it was taken from. Remember to click to enlarge for full magnificence.

No prizes for guessing correctly, but you will have my admiration.

Don’t want to give the answer away.
It was built in 1885/86. However, I’d say it is in the Indre department and in a town the name of which is a combination of the colors of a rainbow.
chm: I can see why you would think that, but you are not correct :-)
Is it the Viaduc de Monts?
I'm pretty sure it's the Viaduc de Monts, and it was probably taken on the grounds of the Chateau de Cande.
Eric C: Spot on :-) Candé is worth visiting just for the views - which are free - and altogether a much underrated chateau.
