Some of the 120,000 bottles of sparkling
wine in the cellars of Chateau Gaudrelle
The bottles are stored horizontally for two years during secondary fermentation - the "méthode traditionnelle" also used in champagne making.

Two years like this, and then it is bottled with a cork - after that about 3 months, I believe
