We're home again, after 8 weeks (and 45 minutes) travelling.
This week - hot (47°C) at the cricket, bats about bats at dinner, a Circular Quay, and Shanghaid at midnight.
When we were down south (Geelong, not Melbourne) it was cold and wet, but that was before Christmas. I had to wear a borrowed down gilet because I didn't have warm clothes with me. Typical Victorian weather!
It's not raining here in the Touraine, but chilly and overcast. Rain predicted for tomorrow. Back to being vitamin D deprived and not venturing outside except for bread and firewood :-)
