On Thursday 20 April we joined the Grand Pressigny walking group for a 9 kilometre hike around Mairé. Much of was in the forest, but it was a hot sunny day and hard going with a long uphill stretch plus some more up and down sections. Simon got to the 6 kilometre point and bailed out. I completed the walk then went to fetch him in the car.
