I organised a Sunday evening picnic for the Claise ConneXion on 28 July. Thirty or so Dutch, French, English, Australians and Americans came, chatted, ate, drank and explored the lovely picnic grounds on the Claise River at Chaumussay. Several new friendships were forged and Mambo the Rhodesian Ridgeback was much admired. As usual I failed to take any photos, so these are courtesy of André Jousset.
I made apricot clafoutis for the picnic.
