This coastal heath is typical of what the fragments of natural habitat that have not been urbanised along much of the east coast of Australia looks like. There is a nice Saw Banksia Banksia serrata on the right and lots of Grass Trees Xanthoria sp everywhere. Over on the left in the middle distance are some little red dots, which are Christmas Bells Blandfordia nobilis [link] and beyond them some Broad-leaved Paperbarks Melaleuca quinquenerva.
