These two macropods hanging out on the cliffs of Kings Canyon are Euro Macropus robustus erubescens, a common and widespread subspecies of Common Wallaroo. The name Euro comes from an Adnyamathanha (Australian aboriginal tribal language from South Australia) word yuru. 'Wallaroo' is a word combining 'kangaroo' and 'wallaby', as wallaroos are halfway between the two in size.

I can see one very clearly, but I'm not sure where the other one is.
chm: the one on the left is brown, sitting slightly behind a bush with it's back to us, twisted around to the left licking itself. The one on the right is grey and looking back at us.
