Grist is an artisan baker in Kyneton, Victoria, Australia. The building they occupy is an old 1830s flour mill and our friends Sue and Leon, who live in a nearby town, took us there for coffee and pastries back in December 2017. Just like artisan small businesses in France they are currently struggling to cope with the changes to lives and shopping habits that Covid-19 has caused.
