More Chenonceau Cars

In addition to the Bentleys at Chenonceau last week, there were one or two more modern desireables:

Ford Thunderbird (1955?), which makes it the same age as our ladies. What a difference!
And yes, I'd have one, in a shot...

Jaguar XK (XK8 or XKR?) There were actually two of these in the car park.
One was with this group of cars, one was travelling independently

Alfa Romeo Alfetta GTV (or GTV6?).  And there's always a 2CV hanging around...
All of these cars were together on a car club's Loire Chateau tour. I imagine the 2CV driver wasn't travelling in quite as relaxed a style as some of the other cars

I've had that model Alfa in our garage in the past along with a 105 Coupe. Loved both.

Colin, that's rather unfair...
unless you give Simon a lift home!
From wherever he gets to, that is....

Mind you, he could probably walk back...
he wouldn't have gone very far!
