The Last of the Summer Swallows

For the past couple of weeks the swallows have been preparing to leave for Africa. First it was the young birds all lined up on the telephone wires and on the ledges of the house opposite ours, then it was the adult birds.

We filmed these birds at the verger, getting in last minute supplies before leaving
