Last Tuesday we posted a video of the drive from Gavarnie to the Col Des Tentes. Today we have our return journey, down the hill.. Once again there is sheep, cattle and marmot action, although the marmot (at 5:41) may be more difficult to spot. The reason I stopped the car there is so Susan could take a photo of the cheeky chappie watching the sheep and cars.
We stopped for lunch (and almost an hour of vulture watching) at the complex you can see at 7:41. Coming downhill the views are always better, because you can actually see where you are heading. Plus, the clouds had cleared slightly
