Walking Around Yzeures sur Creuse Yesterday

Yesterday we walked from the church in Yzeures sur Creuse, across the River Creuse, up to the old Prieuré de la Mothe, which is now a large holiday accommodation complex, then down to the Pierre Levée and back to the church. Here are some photos.

What a beautiful landscape, quite different than here in the Vaucluse (which is also lovely).

Colin and Elizabeth: I have a photo which shows the swans better, but the background isn't as good.

chm: thank you.

bonnie groves poppe: yes, rather a soft landscape here, nothing too dramatic.
