The moonflower makes me think of fireworks. It is gorgeous!
Yes yes, lovely flower, gorgeous views, but inquiring minds want to know how that fruit salad is made.
So far as I can work out the moonflower is Hookers Orchid Cactus Epiphyllum hookeri. It came from my sister's husband's mother.
The fruit salad was Simon's contribution to the Christmas table. No doubt a recipe will appear in due course.
