We visited Chenonceau earlier this month and Simon took these glorious photos. We were there with my friend Denise, who I went to school with but hadn't seen for nearly 30 years.
Even the water is clear.... I'm a bit fed up with this endlessly muddy millstream!
My favourite is the last pic... almost like the standard views... but with an interestin' foreground... and a smashin' reflection on the mirror calm water... clone out those floodlights with some of that lovely Water Crowfoot and you could get it printed as a postcard... put your details on the back and give them to your clients... they'll get passed around!!
