Spotted on the streets of Preuilly last week. I think there must usually be a car parked in front of the house, because I have never noticed these before.
I love the hand... it looks nicely creepy. And I am a dragon fan anyway so the vent gets top rating... although I'd be tempted to put something behind that gave the odd burst of flame at ankle level... with due warning of course! Tim [as his Mrs... 'cos I'm to lazy to change over....]
