Many are. Eurostar is still running, but it looks like chaos is the order of the day once you get to Paris.
Now I understand why you've moved to a quiet, rural village!
Eurostar was the least of our worries noisewise. And yes, the noise in London versus the quiet in Preuilly was a big reason we found it harder and harder to return to London and eventually moved.
