The Chinese love uniforms! On a ferry in Hong Kong, nearly all the teenagers present were dressed in the same T-shirts with different groups of colours. I can't quite make out what they are carrying. They look like a cleaning squad to me!
Fraussie: We think they are cleaners too, and that they are carrying some sort of electronic device which they use to register when they've cleaned an area.
