Our Move, day 2

Did we make it? Who knows - this is being posted as we are on our way from Calais to Preuilly. You will have to come back later to find out.

With any luck we slept well last night, but not too long, all the traffic in western France has mysteriously disappeared (especially in Rouen, which is my bête noire) and we are travelling at 3kmh under the speed limit towards our new life.

In the meantime, some of my favorite photos we haven't posted before and just can't fit into the greater scheme of things:

Neon lights in Incheon, Korea. 2005
Sacré-Cœur, Christmas 2004
My daughter Katherine in London, 2003

Susan and Simon,
Welcome to France in general and to Preuilly-sur-Claise in particular. Wish you a lot of happiness and successes in your endeavours in your new location.

New location forever? Who knows? Qui sait? Si vous avez le pied voyageur!

i like how Katherine is standing under the "It's not big but it's clever" sign.
She really isn't that tall at all ^_^

Kipps. Interestingly, Katherine had no idea why I wanted that photo until she saw the results.

Dunno if she was impressed.
