wow, i love demo pictures. of the roof, of the stairs, of the weird wall "treatments". fantastic. i'm scared to death of doing demo by myself. not least because i don't know what i'm doing.
those limestone blocks are beautiful.
I think in this instance the roofers should have been scared to death too, but they seemed to take it in their stride.
The pavers are indeed to be cherished.
